Welcome to pg soft Malaysia. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a binding contract between you ("Player" or "Member") and pg soft ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the pg soft platform, including registration, access to games, financial transactions, and any services we provide.

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the pg soft platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the pg soft platform and we encourage you not to proceed with registration.

Pg soft membership is open to all individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Not currently subject to any active self-exclusion programme.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not an employee, agent, or immediate family member of a pg soft employee.

Pg soft reserves the right to decline membership applications or suspend existing accounts without providing a reason, particularly where there are indications of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at pg soft. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. The details required include:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document (MyKad/passport).
• An active Malaysian mobile number (for OTP verification).
• A valid and active email address.
• Your exact date of birth.
• A strong, unique password for your pg soft account.

Pg soft is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details remain accurate and up to date.

Withdrawals from a pg soft account are subject to the following conditions:

Bonus-Related Restrictions:

• Game results are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure acknowledged by pg soft.

Pg soft is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the player's own failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

An account may be terminated under the following circumstances, whether initiated by you or by pg soft:

Termination by Member: You may close your pg soft account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, please ensure any remaining balance is withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Termination by pg soft: pg soft reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player is in breach of any terms set out in this document.
• The player provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The player holds multiple accounts.
• There has been threatening or abusive behaviour directed at pg soft staff.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, pg soft reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawals.

Pg soft provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• Pg soft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Pg soft does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times.

• Pg soft is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from the player's own negligence.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration conducted in Malaysia.

Pg soft reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided at least 7 days before taking effect via:

• Email sent to the member's registered address.

Continued use of the pg soft platform after the effective date of any changes will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account.
